New Window and Door Installations

For any new window or door installations, we back these projects with a double-lifetime warranty. Many window companies offer you their manufacturer warranties only, which would just cover the product replacement. We offer both product warranties from the manufacturer as well as a service installation warranty from MSW directly. Two lifetime warranties have you covered for peace of mind!

10-year Repair Warranty

Glass-Only Replacement

We warranty our repair work too! If we are replacing just the glass in your existing window with a new insulated glass unit, we warranty this work for a full 10 years. Because the existing window and frame are still remaining we can’t offer our normal lifetime warranty, but we got you covered for a full decade! 

2-year Service Warranty

Service Work and Minor Repairs

You can be confident in our window service work and minor repairs too. Fixing a window latch, lock, rollers, crank handles, balances, and more, we warranty all service, parts replacement, and small repairs with our incredible 2-year service warranty.

– We will either schedule an appointment to look at your essential/emergency service or schedule a time for curbside service.
– Our team has been and will continue to practice social distancing and hygiene. We will greet you with a mask and a smile with sanitized hands and try to walk you through the process through this unusual time.
– We will continue to communicate with you remotely to the completion of your service.
